Nirmal is a passionate entrepreneur with a flair for starting and growing companies. He was the founding team member of TESCRA, a US headquartered IT Consulting firm. He also co-founded ACHNET, a marketplace for delivering coaching and mentoring services around the world. His experience includes executive and management roles in service delivery, product management and development, educational content and curriculum development.
Nirmal’s previous work includes a CTO role at Trade2Gain, one of India’s first B2B Marketplaces and was AVP at Advanced Technology Labs where gained considerable experience in curriculum and content development and co-developed training programs with Carnegie Mellon University.
Ravi has over 20 years of experience applying digital capabilities and technology to strategic goals of enterprises. The breadth of his technical experience extends from business and data analytics to ERP implementations to custom application development. He has served as the Technology & Operations Head at LGT Lightstone before and was the CIO at The Abraaj Group and Aureos Capital, a private equity fund focused on emerging markets. Ravi has an Executive MBA from INSEAD.
Mrs. Sharma is a member of NCERT’s General Council, and principal of S.D. Public School, New Delhi. She has over 30 years of experience in the field of education, and has Master Degrees in education and Mathematics. She also works as the National Coordinator for the Bharatiya Shiksha Board, and also served as a Member of the Curriculum Committee for Mathematics at the CBSE. She’s authored several Mathematics books and teacher’s handbooks. And was honored with the Aryabhatta Award from the All India Ramanujan Maths Club, and the Pt. Madan Mohan Malviya Shiksha Vid Samman for her contributions to education and Mathematics.
Dr. Dharam Parkash is an educator par excellence. With three masters degrees and a Ph.D. in education, he brings deep knowledge and understanding of learning methods, delivery and pedagogy. He has over 47 years of work experience in the education field, out of which 24 years were at NCERT. He has several publications and research papers to his name. He won several national and international awards in the field of education and media including the B. K. Passi Prize (2008) instituted by All India Association of Educational Research (AIAER).
He has a profound love for mathematics, and his ideas on how to make maths learning easy and effective for children have been instrumental in influencing countingwell’s pedagogy.
